The new office building has around 9700 square metres of floor space and since 2017 has offered NXP space for around 500 employees in Hamburg-Lokstedt, where the company has been represented for over 90 years. All façades of the six-storey complex will have a clinker façade with horizontal decorative elements made of precast concrete elements. Arbonia has equipped the interiors with fan coils, ceiling cassettes, and duct units.
