What you can expect:
- Optimisation of processes between the production plants to increase efficiency and quality
- Maintenance and further development of the product portfolio of fan coil units, trench convectors and radiant ceiling panels in close cooperation with HVAC product management
- Clarification of special technical issues with the production factories and finding solutions
- Contact person for technical questions from field sales and support with their queries
- Collaboration in preparing technical offers and support in sales topics with key customers
What we expect:
- Sound product knowledge in the heating and air conditioning sector, ideally as an engineer (m/f/d) in related fields of energy and environmental technology, supply engineering / building services engineering, environmental and process engineering, etc.
- Fluency in English, good knowledge of Italian an advantage
- Communicative personality with a feel for sales processes and necessities
- Impressive and disarming demeanour, hands-on mentality and willingness to travel (approx. 20 % travel) and ideally living in Saxony (Leipzig / Dresden)
- Conceptual and analytical thinking skills to optimise processes and clarify special technical issues
